It looks like the AP might be running the lightweight software.

If you run the command show version | include image

The image name of the standalone version contains k9w7 - this is the one you want.

The lightweight version contains k9w8. - If this is the case you would need to download the standalone software and install it on the AP.

If you are running the standalone version then it might be the AP type setting. Can you run the command ap-type mobility-express? If that is successful the AP should reboot into standalone mode.

thanks for the reply, i'll try to download the standalone software.

i can access mobility express but i can't access the URL ip, i set it as static

Should I use mobility express?

i cant access the mobility express in the URL using this mobilityexpress.cisco or the IP i set for AP.
I'm new in AP, please help me. thanks

what is the next step sir? i want to access the ap in URL

Do you see the AP broadcasting a wireless network called CiscoAirProvision

The default password is password

If you see that network and are able to connect you should be redirected to mobilityexpress.cisco, if you aren't redirected, you can also go there manually or use the IP address 192.168.1.1

This is all from the config guide here:https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/mob_exp/83/user_guide/b_ME_User_Guide_83/b_ME_User_Guide_83_chapter_01000.html
