The PSIRT and EOX reports are still broken when run in Cisco.com mode. You can instead use offline mode, and download the data files from the following URLs:
http://ftp-sj.cisco.com/cisco/cw2000/patches/rme/PSIRT_EOX_OFFLINE.zip (PSIRT/EOX hardware)
http://ftp-sj.cisco.com/cisco/cw2000/patches/rme/EOX_SOFTWARE.zip (EOX software)

How do I run it offline?

Consult the context-sensitive online help in RME:

Is there any update as to when this functionality will be available? Today is March 22nd. In the earlier stream it was indicated that the issue would be fixed in January 2010. I am sure I am not the only other person who would like to see this function work correctly, especially as it helps us sell Cisco kit when installed devices reach end of sales and then end of software support.
