Good day,

I am trying to retrieve my inventory, config and fault collection on my switch.

In my lab i have three switches and managed to retrieve the information on two devices.

However i am unable to do so on my main switch.

The received failed message from the inventory collection job is: device collection failed.

Attached a troubleshoot screen grab from LMS.

I can telnet to the swicth from the machine that has LMS installed.

Can you please assist?

Hi,

Thats the problem. You are runnin very old version on the device. As per the device supported list, it should be atleast 12.1(19)EA1 as there had been various bug filed for the Entity-mib.

Kindly refer to the Device suuported list for LMS 4.0 which mentioned about the minimum version needed on device

Many Thanks,
