Inventory failing

Hi All,

I recently started an eval of LMS 4.0 running on Solaris.. So far I have added 4 devices (all Cat 6500s). For some reason Inventory is failing for all devices. I've verified credentials are correct and things like user tracking seem to be working... Any suggestions on what to look is appreciated!

Hi ,

go to RME >Admin> System Preferences .click on  RME Device Attributes

Increase SNMP Timeout  to 18 and SNMP Retry to 3

Now run a new Inventory job and I hope it should fix the issue

Increasing the timeouts seems to have worked.
