IPM v 2.6 question

We have cisco works 4 running properly except for IPM. I am not sure if its been setup wrong or there is any compatibility issue.

Please advise whether IPM can monitor 6509 switches with SUP2 and CatOS software v 7.6(10).

Do you have all the latest patches on the Cisco Works that you are running. If not download the patches and it will work. IPM can monitor 6509 switches with SUP2.

I have 2 Cat4003's with Catalyst Operating System Software, Version 7.6(12). I'm getting an invalid IOS error (137). Am I out of luck for these? Also, I'm using SNMPV3 for security purposes so I do not have a community write string setup on my other devices. IPM fails, even when I manually add the devices as sources and use the SNMPv3 password. Please advise....
