TACACS authentication is performed through ISE.
I'm thinking of OTP for additional security.
Does ISE support the interworking and setup so that I can receive additional OTP after TACACS authentication?

If yes then I think cisco ise support Duo ISE integration for admin 2fa

I don't think it's admin TACACS,
I think they are trying to get users to request an additional OTP value when they log in to the equipment with a TACACS account, so that they can successfully access TACACS after going through 2 authentication.
