ISA-3000 ftd-boot issue

Hi, a colleague was upgrading some ISA-3000 devices to the ftd firmware, but has some how come unstuck with this one and now it has come to me to look at, below is what i get when trying to tftp the ftd-boot file.

tried simple filename, re-erasing disk0:, disabling local firewall on pc(unlikely due to getting valid tftp session)

anybody an ideas???

 - Start by verifying md5sum of software downloaded target file and compare with cisco as specified on cisco download site.

ok, interestingly, the MD5, on my pc matches the one from the cisco website.

but the md5 shown on the device after it has downloaded is totally different???

tried two different tftp servers now also.

tried solarwinds and tftpf64

any ideas?

 - Should not be different can you check the involved tftp server(s) logs and  check if the transfer can be completed successfully ?

I assume 'IMAGE: ftdboot.lfbff' is not the original file name ? What is the full original file name (e.g. ftd-boot-9.16.2.5.lfbff) ?
