isr4221 bandwidth limit issue

Greetings,

I just purchased ISR 4221 router and confirmed with tac that its a genuine product using the serial no.

My problem is that I have purchased 60mbps b/w from isp but when i connect this router, i can only get 30mbps, but when i connect a basic router dlink 605L, i can get the full b/w

Kindly point me in the right direction coz am a newbie in cisco stuff

docs say its starts at 35mbs and upgrade able to 75mbps , we use ASRs for 50mbps connections and 4331s for 10mbs - 30mbps
is it setup for the 75mb

With respect to performance, the ISR 4221 kicks it up a notch with throughput starting at 35 and upgrade-able up to 75 Mbps.

Red this post you waont get 60mbps if its not set for 75mbps
