ISR4221 Unable to show startup Config

Hi,

Need help.

I have ISR4221 and im having issue to access to startup config under user exec mode. The result that show only as below

SH-Office#sh startup-config
Using 6880 out of 33554432 bytes

Anybody facing the same issue? How to fix it?

I'd update that firmware.

what firmware should i update? Is it because of the firmware issue, this router unable to do the startup-config?

Something that doesn't end with a .1, .2, .3 or a .4.  (A good candidate is 16.6.6.)

The router is currently running a firmware that ends with a ".1".  This means it is meant to be buggy.  

Find one, read the Release Notes and update accordingly.
