Hi All,
Wondering if someone could give some pointers on what might be happening. I bought a 4331 router (SEC/K9) bundle.
The output of some of the 'show license' commands seem very strange...
from 'sh ver'

appxk9 None None None
uck9 None None None
Unable to retrieve current license information for group securityk9

The current throughput level is 100000 kbps
Smart Licensing Status: Smart Licensing is DISABLED

StoreIndex: 0 Feature: securityk9 Version: 1.0
License Type: Permanent
License State: Active, Not in Use
License Count: Non-Counted
License Priority: Medium
License Store: Built-In License Storage
Interestingly it says 'Not in use'. All the zone based firewall stuff is working, so i would have to assume it is in use?

I believe this router may have had a later version of the IOS on it at some point which made smart license mandatory and has probably messed all of this up after being downgraded. Current IOS is Fuji (16.9).
The 'Unable to retrieve current license information for group securityk9 ' error is also a bit disturbing. All of the licenses under 'show license feature' show enabled=no
Any ideas how I can put all of this right? For now I want to stay on the current IOS.
Thanks
A.

I think it might be ok now... I found a document that says upon downgrade, the router needs 2 restarts.
