Prime Infrastructure authentication RADIUS

Hi

 

We're trying to login admins onto Prime Infrastructure with a RADIUS server (ClearPass).

Clearpass accepts the RADIUS request but we still get the error 

 

No authorization information found for Remote Authenticated User. Please check the correctness of the associated task(s) and Virtual Domain(s) in the remote server

Which is weird because we do get a RADIUS accept.

We've tried authenticating with another RADIUS server, same issue.

No firewall nor ACL's in between Prime Infrastructure and the RADIUS server.

Also I cannot find any bugs related to RADIUS or login on Prime Infrastructure version 3.3 (which is what we're running).

 

Does anyone have experience with this?
