I'm not entirely certain what you are asking. If you are trying to clean up the Topology Map, you have the options to re-layout the map in a few different ways under View > Relayout. From there, you can drag devices into the places you want, and select File > Save Layout to save the map.
Links themselves cannot be moved without moving the attached device endpoints. Links cannot be added manually, either.
