How Can I, via port console, disconnect locked users using SSH access?

My guess is that the switch authenticates users at an external authentication server using radius (ISE, ACS, LDAP, Active Directory ?)

if so, NO you cannot unlock them using SSH to the switch you need to do this on the authentication server

I am using ACS.

The SSH connection was working perfectly. Then stopped accepting these connections and also via browser.
