LMS 2.2 installation VLAN

I work in Telecom Provider, and there are several VLAN

1.VLAN 1 : in witch connected servers

2.VLAN 2 : in witch connected switchs

.

.

3.VLAN 4 : in witch connected end stations

in witch VLAN i should put CiscoWorks LMS 2.2 server??

LMS 2.2 will communicate with routers and switches, so you might want to put it in VLAN 2
