I'm running user tracking with ciscoworks lms 2.5 Common Services 3.0 SP1, Campus Manager 4.01. The user tracking utility, almost always has the wrong last seen date? Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? and when are the patches for RME 4 going to be released?

There is a bug I believe that you might be running into CSCsa97100

So if i use the workaround, the date in user tracking should update properly?
Workaround
Run a manual subnets acquisition:
User Tracking -> Acquisition -> Actions -> Select the Subnets/s option -> Select the Configured Subnets option -> Click Acquisition
