My Ciscoworks server install on Solaris 9, and tftp already run, but I cannot using RME to maintain the IOS image. I tried to copy the image by command but the following error appears.

Did you create an empty "c10k3-eboot-mz.122-31.SB5.bin" file on the tftp server (in /tftpboot typically) before you started the CLI tftp? That's how tftp works.
So going by that thought, does your CiscoWorks have write access to your tftp root directory, whatever you designated it to be in CiscoWorks?
