He Experts,
I have the next question.
After a couple of time I got red connection in the topology, may the LAN admin change some connection, may the connection are down, but some are up and line protocol is up. This mean to me I don't provide a right topology map in CM. I do a couple of data collection and refresh the topology for a user defined group under CS.
Does someone know how I can update the topology map and get a correct view of a LAN network ?

Data Collection and periodic polling are the only ways to update the Campus Topology Map. If this is not working, you will need to look at the SNMP data coming back from the devices. Campus uses the CISCO-CDP-MIB to build the interconnections, and the ifOperStatus of the various interfaces to determine if the links are up or not (i.e. whether or not to draw a black of red line).

He JClarke,
danke.
Both options doesn't update the topology correctly.
If I delete a old link inside of the topoloy manually and start the data collection for that device I get the update correctly, but I can't know all links from all 400 devices manually.
