Hi,
We have an issue whereby the routing server backup keep failing (incomplete) and showing below status everytime:-
Unable to open file. (FILE=D:\CiscoWorks\log\SyslogCollector.log.3, EC=Access is denied.)
Can anyone advise whether the file is crucial for recovery? If not then is there anyway it can be filter during backup?

This file can simply be deleted. It is an archived log file. The only reason you would needthis file is if you're trying to diagnose a problem with SyslogCollector.
