lms 2.6 upgrade problem

After upgrade to lms 2.6 i have got problem to access the server.

CiscoWorks Tomcat Servlet Enginee server is not started and i get this error code 1067. Can someone help me.

I saw this just yesterday on another server. In this customer's case, the problem was a lack of memory. The JVM for Tomcat could not reserve enough heap size. How much memory does this server have?
