LMS 3.0.1(CM 5.0.2) Data collection idle status

data collection is not starting, it status is idle always.I'm posting the ani.log please find it.

There is no obvious error here, but you may be seeing a problem where Data Collection dies due to a NullPointerException. The fix is to upgrade to CM 5.0.4. You can get this under Common Services > Software Center > Software Update. If, after upgrading, you still see the problem, post the ANIServer.log.
