LMS 3.0 download

Hi Team, i am in a situation, My Cisco Works machine has crashed.

and my on Site Tech is not able to find software CD's at all.

i have the license file of the software.

But i need the software, Cisco is asking for service contract, and i dont have any information regarding that since previous Tech of our company are no more with us, and that information is not with me.

what are my options? can any one share software only if its legal? as i said i have license key.

LMS 3.0 is EOS/EOL. LMS 3 series was further provided with free upgrade with new features and bug fixes in LMS 3.0.1 followed by LMS 3.1 to LMS 3.2.

LMS 3.1 and LMS 3.2 are major upgrade (but still uses the same LMS 3.x license), hence i would recommend you to download and install LMS 3.2 afresh and install license you have.

LMS 3.2 can be downloaded from cisco.com.

i cant download it, its asking for "Additional Entitlement Required"

And i dont have any information as my previous Tech are gone from company. and machine having software is dead :-s
