LMS 3.1 DFM pooling error

Hi,

I have LMS version 3.1 installed at one of my site. we are monitoring 96 routers and switches using it. few switches are 6509 switches. before 3 days a outage occured due to high temperature with one 6509 switch, how ever we didnot got any alert for that activity. even there is no event record in fault hostory for "statenot normal".

I was trying with packet capture but found no snmp get request for the device with below OID

1) 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3

2) 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.6

3) 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.4

How ever the capture contains pooling of other devices with these OID. I have attached the capture here with. Ip address of the 6509 switch is 10.124.133.2

Below mentioned the output of the show env status of the switch. Please help me to understand why the pooling of envirnoment related variables are not hapenning.
