LMS 3.1 Netconfig Job is stuck in Cancelling state

I ran a netconfig job to add some AAA lines to some of my devices. It got stuck on a 2811 router. It entered the commands successfully, but the job status never updated properly. I tried canceling the job back on April 7th and it's still sitting in the Cancelling state. If I look at the job in CS->Server->Admin->Job Browser, it says the job completed on Dec 31st, 1969 at 18:00:00 hours. How can I get this job to cancel/stop or delete it?

You are most likely seeing one of three possible bugs:

CSCsx24218

CSCsv95235

CSCsw88378

A patch for all three is available by contacting the TAC. As for getting rid of this job, if you run pdshow, and you see a daemon corresponding to the job ID, run:

pdterm ID

For example:

pdterm 1101

That should stop the job. If that doesn't work, you will need to get the instructions from TAC to purge the job from the database.
