LMS 3.1 shutting down processes

We have LMS 3.1 on Windows Server 2003. Three times in the last two weeks, 27 process have been shutdown during the night. Any help would be appreciated. Than I have to restart all services to get it back working correctly.

Did you see anything in the event viewer of the server?
