I am using lms 3.2.1 and CM 5.2.2.
I have even enabled ping sweep but the hosts IP never show on the user tracking report.
I can not see any Available Subnets/Available Sources on Configure Subnet Acquisition and Ping Sweep windows.
When I try to enable End host discovery on Trunks and click Show Trunks comes a message:
"There are no Trunks in the device(s) selected", but every access device is connected to the nexus core via a Port channel:
interface Port-channel1
description sw-ser-core01 Po12
switchport trunk native vlan 998
switchport mode trunk
switchport nonegotiate
storm-control broadcast level 20.00
storm-control multicast level 20.00
storm-control action trap
ip dhcp snooping limit rate 30
ip dhcp snooping trust
The access switches are WS-C2960S-48FPD-L running 12.2(53)SE2 in L2.
The core is a Nexus 7000

Hi Robson,
As discussed on the tac service request::
need to upgrade the Nexus system to 5.1.(1), 5.1(3) or above
User Tracking is supported.
Dynamic User Tracking is not supported.
This device does not have mac notification feature.
Trap configuration is not supported.
When adding the Nexus devices to DCR, provide the netadmin SNMP RO credential. When other SNMP RO credential is provided, user tracking will not collect end host data.
The Nexus device should be running NXOS 5.1(1), 5.1(3) or later. 5.1(2) is not supported.
Configure the device to map community with context using the below command.
snmp-server context
snmp-server mib community-map
