Your ANI database is corrupt.  See this document for steps to reinitialize this database.

Hi Joseph,

I run the perl.exe from C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\bin and then i write the command

C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\objects\db\conf\configureDb.pl action=validate dsn=cmf

I got the below result, i am new perl script and i i dont know what i did wrong

Backslash found where operator expected at - line 1, near "CSCOpx\"
Backslash found where operator expected at - line 1, near "objects\"
Backslash found where operator expected at - line 1, near "db\"
Backslash found where operator expected at - line 1, near "conf\"

thanks for your help and support

First, you do not need to reinitialize the cmf database.  You only need to reinitialize ANI.  If you want to check the consistency of cmf just to be safe, you can run the command:

C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\bin\perl.exe C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\objects\db\conf\configureDb.pl action=validate dsn=cmf

hi, i have run the command and the result is "NO errors reported"

now how to reinitialize ANI ?

thanks
