I'm having an issue with Campus manager where Data Collection only runs after a daemon restart, but fails to run consecutive times. I've opened a TAC case and according to them, if you have Access Points on your network, this will cause Data Collection to break... Has anyone else seen this? TAC is saying to filter APs out of Data Collection or WAIT for a SP... both of these work arounds seem kinda crazy to me. What kind of Quality testing is that and why would the fix be waiting until the SECOND service pack???
Thoughts?

Yes, I created the bug, and wrote a patch for it. The patch is available from TAC.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
I'm sorry but I'm not used to the TAC and I can't find where I can download the patch.
Can you tell me what is the procedure to get this patch ?
thank in advance
Nicolas

The patch cannot be downloaded. You need to open a service request with TAC, and they will send it to you. Just refer to bug CSCtd49439.
