LMS 3.2: Delete one device; all devices are gone!

Need some help; TAC case open but would like some input.

Tuesday I went to DCR page and selected one device for deletion.

confirmed I wanted to delete one device.

Returned to DCR page and clicked on the "+" for all devices and there were NO devices there.

RME page indicated could not connect to RME database.

performed a net stop crmdmgtd and performed a restart; no help.

TAC looked over system but didnt know what happened.

Restored from tape backup before Tuesday.  Same problem remains.

Any thoughts?

I was talking to your engineer today about this service request.  It sounds like something happened to corrupt the cmf database, but the database could be inspected using dbreader to try and see if there are any devices in there.  That said, your engineer had initially told me that you were using LMS 4.0.  With 3.2, if you are integrated with ACS, that could explain why these devices "disappeared."  Disabling ACS integration would bring them back until you can fix the integration issue.
