LMS 3.2 : Inventory collection failed

Hi,

I have LMS 3.2 installed on Windows Server 2003

I have many devices manage by RME. Some inventory collection work and the other no.

Here the log found in IC-Server.log

If someone know how to fix this.

What version of IOS code and device are you running? Post the show ver and ensure your IOS code is at least using the supported version in compatibility device table.

It's a Catalyst 2950G 48 E1 Switch with IOS code : 12.1(9)EA1

Not the good version, I need the 12.1(11)EA1.

Can i upgrade the software using LMS ? And how ?
