Hi,

How can I configure the CiscoWorks to automatically update the config files when a configuration change occurs.

Like in LMS 2.1:

Resource Manager Essentials > Administration > Configuration Management > General Setup

Change Probe Setup

Listen to Syslog Messages

as long as the device sends the syslog messages to the LMS server the default settings in LMS will take care that a config collection is triggered when the syslog message arrives;

the point to check this is under

RME > Tools > Syslog > Automated Actions > Config Fetch
