LMS 3.2 THe UPMProcess is down

Hi All,

While trying to create an poller in the HUM i have encountered with an error "cannot communicate with the poller manager service. Check whether the

UPMProcess is down" . Checked in the pdshow the UPMProcess status " Running successfully" .

Need your help.Attaced the screnshot of the Err.
