LMS 3 DFM

Hi,

I got DFM, with equipment imported from the DCR, so SNMP credentials are ok, but some switches and routers are getting known while others are getting questions.

They have configuration, and credentials.

I got also a Core Switch that is getting questioned. I have launched the discovery several times with no success.

The first time, i did it it was fine.

This could be a known bug. If you go to DFM > Device Management > Rediscover/Delete, you should see why the device is question, and the related error.

I have checked the details of the request on DFM>Device Mgt>Rediscover/Delete Devices

on those questioned Devices with the following:

Dara Collectot Status Information

Error Code: Others

Error Message: DataCollector request timeout (internal problem)

What could be the problem. I have restarted TIS process and also I got deleted objects that remain in pending state.

This is a known bug. There is an experimental class file patch you can get by contacting the TAC.
