LMS 4.0 and having problems with Backup.

Hello.

I have installed LMS 4.0 and having problems with Backup.

I get the following error message: "Database Engine 'dfmEpmEng' could not be started on the database 'dfmEpmDb' in bulk mode.

I've seen in some log files and found the following message: ERROR testdb.pl: Could not connect to the database dfmEpm.

Does anyone have a suggestion for what could be wrong.

I attach some log files.

It looks like you may have some corrupt databases or transaction logs.  Consult the document at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-8796 on how to recover the transaction log.  If that doesn't work, you will need to reinit the dfmEpm database.  It looks like you might also might have a problem with the cmf database, too.  If that's the case, you may want to try a transaction log recovery and reinit there as well.
