lms 4.0 - can not take backup of devices

Hi.

I have problem with Archive management jobs. When i started a archive jobb, and i look in job details the device is being as Pending Devices. After 12-14 hours the job is terminated. I dont see anything wrong in logs. The device credential is ok. I have tried to change the transport settings from ssh-tftp-telnet-https-rcp to tftp-ssh-telnet-https-rcp but it dosn't help.

Has anyone any ideas...

When the problem is occurring, do the following:

pdmsg ConfigMgmtServer:tdump

Then post the ConfigMgmtServer.log.

Same errors today. I attach the log file.

Your installation is bad.  You're missing some key jar files under NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/lib.  I suggest you try reinstalling LMS 4.0 from scratch (i.e. after an uninstall) and make sure you follow the steps I have documented at https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9132 to ensure the best possible installation experience.
