LMS 4.0 Critical message windows portlet

Hello folks

I have problem with portlet in LMS 4.0 "Critical message windows". In the Portlet it says only "Loading" and then nothing happens more

Does anyone know what I can do? A small checklist where I can start to look for errors ...?

Reproduce the error then check the cwportal.log, CSPortal.log, and NMSROOT/MDC/tomcat/logs/stdout.log and stderr.log for errors.
