LMS 4.0 License

We purchased the following license two years ago, its not yet use, and I beleive LMS 4.0 is EOS. How can I utlize it and where can I download the software wherein I could apply this license.

L-CWLMS-4.0-100	LMS 4.0 100   Device Restricted, WIN eDelivery LIC only
L-CWLMS-4.0-300	LMS 4.0 300 Device   Restricted, eDelivery LIC only

You can download the curent version (4.2) via https://www.cisco.com/go/nmsevals

Your LMS 4.0 licenses would not work with 4.2 (format changed as of 4.1) but if you also bought Software Application Support (SAS) contract, you are entitled to request upgrade licenses from Cisco.
