LMS 4.0 on Windows 2008 R2

Hi

I try to install LMS 4.0 on a window 2008 R2 X64 server. The windows 2008 media base is german. So i tried to find a language package for US English which is madatory for installation. No way. Even if the packages is called en-us it will be dispalyed with English (English) instead with English (US).

So the installation is not possible.

Does anybody have the problem before? Is there a way to set locale variable manually?

In TAC, we have told customers to locate a US English localized version of Windows.  We have seen cases where people localize their desktop environment in Windows, but I do not think it's possible to change the underlying language pack locale.
