LMS 4.1 - Change server name in report emails

Currently, my report links are displaying the server as "lms" instead of "lms.domain.net".  Where do I change this within LMS?

1. stop daemon manger, run:  net stop crmdmgtd
   
2. on server in NMSROOT\bin\ directory run:
   perl hostnamechange.pl [-ohost -nhost -domain ]
           -ohost       : ohost Old hostname of the Cisco Prime server
           -nhost       : nhost New hostname of the Cisco Prime server
           -domain : Domain name of the Cisco Prime Server.This is  optional
   
3. Just answer yes when it tells you the old or new hostname does not match.
   
4. strart daemon manger, run net start crmdmgtd
