Hi Team,
I recently installed LMS 4.2.5 on an ESXi Windows Server 2008 R2 standard.
I have a strange issue with configuration archive.
For some devices i have the following error:
CM0056 Config fetch failed for **** Cause: CM0204 Could not create DeviceContext for 105 Cause: Action: Check if required device packages are available. Action: Check if protocol is supported by device and required device package is installed.
I Upgrade all device package automatically, because I can't find device packages for LMS 4.2.5 under the download section "LMS Inventory Config And Image Management Device Package Updates ".
I have some WS-C3750E-24TD with IOS 12.2(53)SE1, and this error occurs only on one device.
Could be this related to something else than the device package?
Thanks for your support.
Kind Regards,
Massimiliano

Hi afrahmad,
seems to be fine now, at least for the devices i mentioned in the first post.
Yes the device ip 10.0.11.253 is correct.
Is it possible it saw an not updated counter under Configuration > Configuration Archive > Configuration Archival Summary which has been updated when I performed the reset as you suggested?
Thanks
Massi

sometime LMS takes time to update the portal information..
(may be you need to restart the LMS service ,if you don't see update in sometime)
to see all the configuration achived so far , you can check it here:
Configuration > Configuration Archive > Views > Version Tree
Thanks-
Afroz
