LMS - missing devices

Hi, I appear to have lost access to my managed switches etc.

If I go into Common Services > Device Management, then expand All Devices, I get no results.

I have tried re applying the license file and also rebooting the server (had to manually start some of the processes afterwards).  Running on a VM.

What version of LMS is this?

Hi thank you for your reply.  LMS version is 3.2, HUM 1.2.

As Zeeshan asked, this is only happening for Common Services All Devices branch, or are you missing devices everywhere?  If you go to the Common Services Homepage, do you see any devices managed by the system?

Can you see the devices under DFM , CM or RME ?

Sorted the issue;

Tried resetting AAA Mode - had issues with the systemiduser account - set all permissions in ACS but still auth failure's on ACS!

Set to local user mode, then back to AAA mode and systemiduser account ok now.

Reset Daemon service, now I can see all devices!
