thank you very much for your reply Afroz. I have already followed the steps you mentioned above . but still getting the same error. also when i look at the errror log file it says " client denied by server configuration: LiaisonServlet " .

No idea whats going on ?

Kinldy send the stdout.log and stderr.log (NMSROOT/CSCOpx/MDC/tomcat/logs)

Any recent changes on the LMS server like change in HOSTNAME of the server or the IP address change ?

Hi Aamir,

Try to register and Unregistered the Apache:

to unregister:

pdreg -u Apache

to registered :

C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin>pdreg -r Apache -e "C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin\Apache.exe" -f "-d C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache -D SSL" -d TomcatMonitor

to confirm:

C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin>pdreg -l Apache

        Process      = Apache

        Path         = C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\bin\Apache.exe

        Flags        = -d C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache -D SSL

        Startup      = y

        Dependencies = Tomcat

Note: you need to change the NMSROOT according to your server installed directory.

Now restart the Daemon Manager and check the issue again.
