It seems you are installing the service pack 4.2.2 without having installed base version 4.2.  Which exactly is the file you are running?

Dear Joel I am having the same above problem.

I have Cisco LMS 4.2.5 and i am installing it on windows server 2012 standard.

Please see the error in attachment.

Wainting for your reply.

You should ideally open a new thread, instead of replying to a 2 years old thread to continue. You could use link for reference.
