I am looking for a device package that related to "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1703",

and I can't find the link to download it.

Is there anyone can provide a link?

I checked the supported device link, I don't see this device under supported table

The CiscoView package is here. (scroll down in left column to see the Cat2960 packages)

The readme file indicates that version 20 introduced:

 * WS-C2960X-48TS-LL(Blind Support)	     Catalyst 2960X 48 Gig Downlinks and 2 SFP uplink Non Stackable

I could not find any Topology or Fault Management packages specific to this device.
