LMS2.5: User-Tracking gaps

Hy.

I'm experiencing some strange issues occurences with the user tracking. In the user tracking table are many entries regarding IP-Address and because of that also DNS-Name. These gaps are only since the upgrade to LMS2.5 and only according to vlans that terminate on the core devices. The core devices are handled correctly by the CiscoWorks server. It has all credentials configured and says that they are ok.

What can could be the reason for these gaps?

What gaps are you referring to..Could you elaborate on the problem that you are facing with the User tracking feature. Are you trying to say that some devices are not discovered after the upgrade?
