Hello,
2 Nexus 5020 (SysObjId ...3.719) brings internal error in inventory collection as following:
"RICS0001: Internal Error, unable to process the collected data from the device"
whereby 2 other devices from same type, same sysobjid are working well. SDT from v401 shows this device as supported.
What can we do?

Hi Steffen ,
First clear the IC_server.log file then Enable the Debugging for Inventory .
Run the job again for a device and send me the IC_server.log..
Thanks

Hi Afroj,
Meanwhile its a LMS4.1, the 2 NX5020 had been deleted and rediscoverd and beside this persistend error,
we see another effect as well with this 2:
Check device credentials makes nothing by SSH with those devices, SSH-field keeps empty in CDV-Report!!!
But RME was able to backup configs from the 2 Nx5k
attached the IC_server.og
I found 1st LMS4.1 packages in download center, should I install them ?

Hi Steffen,
Try updating the MDF and device packages for RME first and check the issue..
If you have not applied the below patch before ,kindly apply this :
Download the Patch for this BUg from cisco.com and apply it ..I hope that should take care of the issue.
CSCto46927 Psu support changes from CCO to SPRIT
lms40x-win-CSCto46927-0.zip (For windows)
lms40x-sol-CSCto46927-0.tar (For solaris)
Thanks

Hi Afroj,
thx for your reply
I cant find lms40x-win-CSCto46927-0.zip in CCO, are you shure its intended for LMS4.1 as well?
The only patches for LMS4.1 I can and downloaded already are:
CSCts156311 and CSCsz74186-1.0

After installing the LMS4.1 official available packages (MDF, NGMarAutodev.RME) nothing improved.
OK, I will search for this path, It’s a pity that download center doesn’t work with filename search☹

Now I found the path with a global search at Cisco.com outsite the SW-Center (what is SWCenter intended for, if it is not able to find SW in an effective manner?)
If I start the CSCto46927-0.pl it returns:
This Point Patch is not intended for this version of cmf
Are you shure, that this is the right patch?
Its my last day by this customer having not the time to do all the installation and customizing work again, if the installation will get broken with this patch.
