Login to LMS 3.2 Portal

Hello

I've just upgraded LMS 3.0.1 to LMS 3.2 and am having problems logging in as username is not authorized.

I created the admin, system identity, causer and database passwords on install and then carried out a restore from my LMS 3.0.1 environment.

When logging into the LMS 3.2 environment neither the admin account created on install or (what i believe to be) the password from the LMS 3.0.1 admin account work.                  

We have an integration with ACS but on install I have selected to not register ACS applications at this time.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Just an update:

I've used the resetpasswd tool to reset admin but this still gives an authorization failure.

Can you try run the command resetloginmodule.pl to remove any integration, and then try to login to ciscoworks.

it should be in in NMSROOT/bin/ directory.
