I am not sure that I fully understand your question. But let me try this explanation. The 350 allocates a certain amount of memory for storage of log files. As log messages are generated they are stored in the log file. When the log file has used the configured amount of space the file is full and the 350 begins to over write the content of the log file with the newest log message replacing the oldest log message. So how long the log messages are stored depends on how much space was allocated and the frequency with which log messages are generated. Also note that if the 350 reboots all of the existing log messages get erased and the 350 starts with an empty log file after the reboot.
If you are concerned about longer term storage of log messages you should consider implementing a syslog server that can receive and store the log messages from the 350.

as per SG350 Switch concern - these are small business switches - have less space compare to enterprise switches. have more buffer to store logs. here the guide to tweaking the logs and configuration :
we need to keep 1 point in mind all the device once reload or power down and on, the Logs will be lost - so if you looking for archive the logs - offload to Syslog server as suggested @Richard Burts
