Hello
I would like to know if it is possible when there is electrical problem and the routers restarts many times, example 3 or 4 in a short time, is it possible the router loses the configuration? or it should charge it without problem?
I hope you guys can help me

Hi
yes its possible , if there's a power surge it can wipe the nvram , I have seen it happen mostly on older kit though ,usually flash is still ok , if your config is backed up to that you can copy it back to startup and running config from there
what model device did it happen to ?

Router's startup config is stored in NVRAM. This is not usually susceptible to corruption because of power feed issues. You really need to look at he console log when this happens and try to analyze the contents to get a better understanding.
Once the router is operational, inspect the contents of NVRAM. Cmds to look at include:
dir nvram:
show ver
show startup-config
debu nvram:
NOTE: Pursue this only if the problem happens consistently. If it does, then you are looking at replacing the router.
Kind regards ... Palani
