When doing MAC address searches in Cisco Network Assistant I will get either the wrong info or only the info on switch links not which port the MAC is on. If I repeat the search I will often get totally different info. Does anyone know of a fix for this, I've tried upgrading to 6.0.
Thank you. Still need CNA for our Support Staff to use so they can search a whole site (up to 35 switches), 25 sites. Trying to get this working for them. I'm with you though, I'd much rather do command line.
