Main differences between lms 3.2 and 4.2

would you explain the main differences between lms 3.2 and 4.2 cause my company is about to purchase the new version;

- how does it changed in taking reports ?

- how does it changed and improved in monitoring ?

and what kind of questions should I ask my staff to know if they are familiar with this new version ??

Many things changed - some obvious and new and others subtle but still important. It's not something one can answer in a short reply.

Staff who are familiar with LMS 3.2 will find a new menu structure and navigation tools on the first glance. New features and functions are found in almost every tool the system presents.
